Famed for his eccentric nature DJ Koze has taken house, techno and hip hop music and made them fun again. His work is renowned in his native Germany but he has recently began to make waves in other countries. This then is an important album to keep the momentum going. By and large it hits the spot with track after track that will be dance floor fillers. There is a slide towards stagnancy where Koze has always surprised but this is a minor quibble. Knock Knock could see DJ Koze banging on the door to fame and fortune.
