What> This is a platform for the legends, the icons and the rising stars to share soul-wrenching melodies of a country and a culture for the world to hear. Music is about unity and participation, keeping that in mind, aside national artists, there will be the musicians of the world sharing their own brand of folk music with the people of Bangladesh. The purpose is to creat a place where everyone gets together to share the stories of their own lands.
The festival will be running everyday from 6pm to 1:30 midnight. A total of 140 folk musicians from across the world will perform at the festival this year. Anyone More than 10 Years can enjoy the event for free through online registration and will have three separate Entry Passes for each day. Audiences are requested to bring the correct Entry Pass.
