Curry 101

Author: Penny Chawla
A comprehensive curry recipe book that provides an amazing array of meals across a broad spectrum of cultures.
What’s more, the curries are rated on a spiciness scale with chilli pepper illustrations, so you can judge how hot the recipes are and base your choices on your preferences.
The curries, as you would expect, contain a lot of ingredients, but many of these are used in the majority of the meals within the book, so it would be a good idea for any interested readers to invest in a quality spice rack before pursuing the options within.
Once purchased, you can then grab the meats, potatoes and veggies for your selected curry (and any other accompaniments or additional ingredients) and get stuck in.
These recipes are easy to follow and the photographs placed alongside the text are professional and look almost good enough to eat (the challenge is, of course, trying to replicate the curry depicted in the image provided onto your own plate – tricky!).
Overall, this is a varied cookery book that will keep wannabe chefs busy and skilled foodies hooked on perfecting their curry of choice.
There is certainly something for everyone here, so curry up and grab yourself a copy!
