Chad Kelly Captured for Trespassing after Broncos Halloween Party

The reinforcement quarterback of the Denver Broncos, Chad Kelly, was captured on early Tuesday morning on doubt of first-degree criminal trespass, as indicated by an announcement discharged by the Englewood Police Department where the charge is a class 5 lawful offense.
Kelly, 24, was imprisoned after Englewood police officers were called to a home in the 3200 block of South Lincoln Street at 1:16 a.m. Tuesday because of a man standing outside the residence, according to an Englewood Police Department news release.
As indicated by the capture oath, a lady named Nancy Lozano was perched on a love seat close to the front entryway, holding her young youngster, when the man went into the house. She advised police he sat down beside her and was “muttering incongruously.”
Lozano called to a man in the house, recognized as Marco Torres, who stood up to the man and hit him in the upper back with a vacuum tube.
Torres demonstrated police surveillance camera video from the front entryway demonstrating a white man wearing dim jeans, a white long sleeve shirt with a dark colored vest and a red scarf around his neck.
Broncos general manager John Elway said he is “very disappointed” with Chad Kelly after he was arrested  on a charge of first-degree criminal trespass.
“We’re obviously very, very disappointed in Chad and the situation that he’s put himself into,” Elway said on the radio Tuesday afternoon. “We’re in the process of getting all the facts and talking to Chad and then we’ll figure out exactly which direction we’re going to go.”
