What> Black History Month is an annual celebration of the contributions of African-Americans to modern community with music, food and dance. It is celebrated annually in the United States and Canada in February, as well as in the United Kingdom and the Netherlands in October. Cultural art and gift items, a historic black Las Vegas photo exhibit, and activities for the kids including arts and crafts, carnival games, face-painting etc are also parts of it.
