The Grammy award winner Billie Eilish announced that she will perform a special live at 92nd Oscars ceremony at Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles on Sunday next month, organizers of the program confirmed the announcement on Wednesday.
ABC will broadcast the show with red-carpet coverage beginning at 6:30 p.m. ET/3:30 p.m. PT.
No details of her performance have been out yet but it is expecting that she may perform the theme song from the upcoming James Bond film, No Time to Die.
“Billie Eilish is set to perform her James Bond theme live at the Oscars!” said one excited fan on Twitter.
“@billieeilish will take to the #Oscars stage for a special performance! Watch live on @ABC,” organizers posted on Twitter.
Billie Eilish also posted the announcement on Twitter and simply captioned it with a smiley face.
The young star recently wined 5 awards in the Grammy Award and posted a photo of her holding all five of her awards and captioned it “FIVE ARE YOU KIDDING.”
The 18-year-old joins Elton John, Randy Newman and Cynthia Erivo, all of whom will perform their songs nominated for Best Original Song at the Oscars. Billie will share the stage with them.
