New Zealand and Bangladesh go head-to-head for a place in the Under-19 Cricket World Cup final when they meet in the second semi-final at the JB Marks Oval.
New Zealand were runners-up in their group behind India, after a no result against Japan and a win against Sri Lanka. They beat West Indies in the quarter-final.
Bangladesh had the rain to thank for topping their group, as they were in a sticky situation in their final group game against Pakistan, but they beat South Africa to earn their semi-final place.
New Zealand and Bangladesh face each other at the JB Marks Oval, Potchefstroom, with a place in the 2020 Under-19 Cricket World Cup up for grabs.
The match takes place on February 6 and is scheduled to start at 10:00 local time.
New Zealand have not reached the final since 1998, while Bangladesh are bidding to get there for the first time.
The Tigers have the moral upper-hand too, having beaten New Zealand 4-1 in their bilateral series last year.
In this tournament, New Zealand beat Sri Lanka to finish second in their group behind India, but then chased 239 to win a thrilling game against West Indies by two wickets with two balls to spare to reach the semi-final.
Bangladesh, meanwhile, topped their group after wins against Scotland and Zimbabwe, though they had the rain to thank for a no result against Pakistan that saw them top the group.
They faced hosts South Africa in the quarter-final and Rakibul Hasan’s 5-19 helped bowl the Proteas out for 157 to seal a 104-run win.
