Alongside with physical exhibitions program, three new, full-length artist films have launched online as part of the Artists’ Film International project.

Their Ways of Knowing event series continues with a live conversation between artist Cristina Iglesias, Whitechapel Gallery Director Iwona Blazwick, and Richard Noble. In case you missed any in the series so far, head over to its YouTube channel where recordings of all live discussions are available for free.

Artists’ Film International is a collaborative project featuring film, video, and animation from around the world. Established by the Whitechapel Gallery in 2008, AFI includes 21 global partner organizations. Each organization selects an exciting recent work by an artist from their region which is shared amongst the network. The program is adapted to every venue and is shown over the course of a year. Artists Film International 2021 program responds to the theme of care.

This week AFI also delighted to announce the 46 artists who have been selected for The London Open 2022. One may visit their website to learn more about their individual practices and get a sneak peek into their exhibition opening next summer.
