This Christmas treat yourself to the star-studded show “Mariah Carey’s Magical Christmas Special”. The queen of Christmas Mariah Carey is set for an exclusive holiday event “Mariah Carey’s Magical Christmas Special” which will premiere on December 4, 2020 on Apple TV+ and other streaming platforms.
Here are some informartions about the show which you would like to know-
• The show will be a mixture of musical performances, dancing and animation.
• The show will feature Carey with Tiffany Haddish, Billy Eichner, Ariana Grande, Jennifer Hudson, Snoop Dogg, Jermaine Dupri, Misty Copeland and Mykal-Michelle Harris, as well as Carey’s 9-year-old twins, son Moroccan and daughter Monroe.
• The first trailer for the show has been released on Friday that shows Tiffany Haddish sitting in a cozy chair by a roaring fire, opening a big red book and ready to tell the audience “a great story.” Her narration says, “Santa decided the season couldn’t be merry without the one and only Mariah Carey.”
• The trailer includes Carey is performing in a number of festive ensembles on winter wonderland-inspired sets with her No. 1 hit holiday song, “All I Want For Christmas Is You.”
• It also offers the first looks of the guest Billy Eichner, Snoop Dogg, Jermaine Dupri, Jennifer Hudson and Ariana Grande.
• The special is executive produced by Carey, Hamilton and Coppola, as well as Ian Stewart, Raj Kapoor and Ashley Edens. It is written by Caroline Fox.
• The live version of “All I Want For Christmas Is You” also features on Carey’s latest album, the two-disc “The Rarities.”
However, Carey, Grande and Hudson the trio teamed up for a single “Oh Santa!” where they wore matching green dresses. The song will be distributed by Sony Music and released on Apple Music and other streaming platforms December 4.
