Hunky singer Max George, formerly member of popular boy band The Wanted, has just dropped his debut single, and we are so excited!
Just in time for summer Max has released ‘Barcelona’, an infectious pop track which is sure to launch the singer to solo superstardom.
The summer anthem was produced in accordance with BRIT Awards British Producer of the Year 2018 Steve Mac (Ed Sheeran) and Ed Drewett (One Direction), so it is hardly surprising that ‘Barcelona’ is as catchy as it is.
The debut, which has been described as a ‘bouncy slice of summer pop’, has been hotly anticipated by Max George and The Wanted fans alike.
About the single, Max commented: “I’ve worked with a lot of amazing writers, some from The Wanted days, and I feel like I’ve settled in to a sound. It’s not a million miles away from what I’ve done before, but it’s fresher and sharper, sometimes more stripped back, maybe more experimental.”
‘Barcelona’ is out now and available everywhere via Max’s own label SilverMAX – give it a listen now!
