Alabama is the first US state to consider providing gender-confirming medicinal care to trans adolescence as a lawbreaking offence. A new law is introduced to ban the use of medicines that block adolescence. The ban also illegalises the use of hormones the trans adolescence.

The ban on the uses of the medicines that block adolescence as well as hormones can be a catastrophic decision because those meds are considered to be lifesaving for the trans.
The Law
According to the law, the clinicians and other involved personnel may face up to ten years of imprisonment, if found guilty. This legal attack on the LGBTQ+ people is part of the ever-increasing conservative attacks in the US.
The Fight
The campaigners of different human rights and LGBTQ+ rights groups are challenging the newly passed discriminatory and exploitative law. Even the Justice Department of the US has echoed the protesters by saying that the newly passed law is against the constitutional rights of the citizens.
All over the country, people are facing all kinds of so-called socio-political bans because of discussions about their sexual and gender-based orientation and identity. Who does not have sexual and gender-based orientation and identity? But all the problems are only with the LGBTQ+ community. Nobody questions a heterosexual for his/her orientation or identity. Nobody bans their medications. Why all this systematic discrimination and political exploitation? All these need to be stopped immediately. Everyone has the same constitutional rights.
