1988. In a music shop. The music shop is owned by Frank, who has a way of finding his customers the music they need. He is terrified of real intimacy so when a beautiful young woman, Ilse Brauchmann, asks Frank to teach her about music, he wants to run. But he is drawn to her. Ilse is not what she seems and Frank’s old wounds threaten to open and explode. The Music Shop is the poignant journey of two wonderful characters who must overcome their emotional baggage in order to find the healing power of music and love.
