‘The Dark Side of Life: Mumbai City’ is an attempt to portray the shadowy side of a big city like Mumbai and how, in order to blend in with the crowd and live up to their sky-high expectations, people make irreversible mistakes before the realization sets in that life in a concrete jungle is not as rosy as it seems. Will they fight through it or will they succumb to their circumstances?
Mahesh Bhatt, the most popular director of India, made his debut on acting in this film which was flawless to watch. The music created by Rashid Khan, Shaan Asif Raj and Ehsaan Khan earned good appreciations from the critics. The reiterating theme song in the film, Aawargi, is used as and when pleased, which is a big downer. Realeased in the last week of November, the movie will give a idea of Mumbai City to the audience.
