London’s Barbican Centre is coming back with 12 shows but following the social distance measures. Puza Snigdha reports.

The venue has remained close due to COVID-19 lockdown but the venue is now re-opening with a concert series named ‘Live From The Barbican’. The shows will run from October 4 until December 13, 2020. The shows will also be streamed online.

Reportedly, the venue has the capacity to accommodate around 1,950 people at a time, but following the social distance rule only 300 tickets will be on sale and the ticket will cost £20 each.

There will also be tickets to watch the shows online and those tickets will be £12.50.

The shows include Shabaka Hutchings performing with the Britten Sinfonia; Emmy The Great; The Divine Comedy, and a celebration of Pharoah Sanders.
