Are you craving some sweet dishes? A slice of brownie would be sufficient to cater to these cravings. Skipping your healthy diet is not even an option. There’s a solution to all of it. This brownie will be your go-to snack even when you don’t feel like cheating or skipping your diet. It’s delicious, it’s vegan, and it’s absolutely easy to make.

Ingredients:
• 2 cups of Oat Flour
• 2 teaspoons of Maple Syrup or Honey
• 70-100 grams of Dark Chocolate
• 1½ teaspoons of cocoa powder
• ½ a bowl of coconut or vegetable oil or vegan butter
• ¼ teaspoon of vanilla extract
• 1 cup of chocolate chips
• Milk of your choice (Soy Milk or Almond Milk could be taken)
• A pinch of salt
• 1 teaspoon of powdered sugar if required
Instructions:
To make the oat flour:
• Take the required amount of rolled oats. Place it in a clean and dry mixer jar.
• Roll the oats into a nice fine powder. Oats flour will be ready for a brownie.
Melting the chocolate:
• Use the double-boiler method to melt your chocolate.
• Heat a container with enough amount of water, and place a bowl above it.
• Add the chocolate to the bowl. Allow the chocolate to melt in low-medium heat.
• Turn off the flame when the chocolate is fully melted.
• Stir the chocolate in between to melt it properly.
For the brownie:
• Take a large mixing bowl, add the flour sugar cocoa powder and mix it well.
• Add the wet ingredients together after mixing them in another bowl.
• Add the milk of your choice oil maple syrup or honey vanilla extract, the melted chocolate, and sugar if required whisk them thoroughly.
• Take the bowl of the wet ingredients and add it to the bowl of the dry ingredients Nd mix while adding.
• Do not add all the wet mixture to the dry mixture at once.
• Divide it into batches and add small portions of it and mix well.
• The batter should be lump free.
• Add the chocolate chips and give it another stir.
• Grease the baking dish by brushing it with oil. Line it with a baking sheet.
• Brush it with oil before pouring the mixture.
• Pour the mixture into the baking dish, and pour it with an inch gap. You are not to fill the whole dish with the mixture.
• Pat it on your cooking slab to get rid of the excess air bubbles.
• Bake it in a 350°F preheated oven for 30 minutes.
