Bringing elements of Mongolian food culture with a south Asian twist to make delicious Beef stir fry!
- Beef 500 gm
- Flour 1tbsp
- Paprika 1tbsp
- Large onion 1 piece
- Carrots 2 piece
- Garlic ( 2 cloves)
- Beef stock cube (1)
- Tin chopped tomatoes (1)
- Baby corns 1 cup
Roughly chop onion, carrots, baby corn, garlic and put them in a pan along with flour and paprika.
Then add meat, oil and mix them. properly in low heat.
Once the meat is brown, add tin tomatoes, beef stock cube and properly stir everything.
Then add boiling water and cover it for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
After one and a half hour, your beef stew is ready to serve with a gravy texture.
