The wire called Concertina was installed on the top of the of the border between San Diego, Calif, and Tijuana and now the wire is being stolen by the Mexican in Tijuna which is being used to boost security around their own residences
Following thia incident thousands of people have benn arrested last week in because of stealing the military-grade razor wire that troops have been adhering onto the border fence.
“The people arrested were mainly Mexican [citizens], and most were people who have been deported from the United States, and people who have problems with drug addiction and live mostly on the street,” said Gonzalez.
The wire had been stolen and also been selling. Libertad neighborhood of Tijuana were seen by the Contractors on manday, that the were replacing some of the stolen wire.

We know about the stealing of the concertina wire from United States authorities who have asked us for help through the liaison staff,” said y Marco Antonio Sotomayor Amezcua, Tijuana’s Public Safety Secretar.
A few homes in a similar region had indistinguishable wire introduced before their homes, as an additional layer of insurance to their property lines and fences, however occupants declined to remark about how they got the material.
