Rapper Willie McCoy Shot Dead By The Cop in California

A 21 year old local rapper Willie McCoy shot and dead by the six police officers while he was sleeping in his car outside a Taco Bell in northern California on Saturday.
The six officers had not been identified yet who fired multiple rounds to rapper and that the shooting occurred within four seconds.
One of the restaurant employees called the cops saying that a man was “slumped over” inside a silver Mercedes-Benz, behind the wheel of his car at the drive through since 10:30pm. Officers reached their and found Willie James McCoy, unresponsive in the driver seat with a handgun on his lap.
The car was on and the door was locked from inside, and after they called for a back up, McCoy woke up and “suddenly moved” and fearing for their safety they fired, according to the police report.
Reportedly McCoy didn’t comply and instead he quickly moved his hands downward for the firearm.
Police gave several commands before removing him from the vehicle and “rendering medical assistance”.
“The officers told the driver to keep his hands visible, however the driver quickly reached for the handgun on his lap, In fear for their own safety, the officers discharged their weapons at the driver.”
“The driver did not comply and instead he quickly moved his hands downward for the firearm,” says the news release.
“Fearing for their safety, six officers fired their duty weapons at the driver. Officers continued to yell commands at the driver and ultimately reached through the broken glass of the driver’s window to unlock the vehicle.”
McCoy’s sibling visited the Taco Bell on Saturday to leave candles in the parking garage to pay tribute to his kin.
