Rail Strikes are scheduled for September in the UK by TSSA and Aslef. Railway passengers are paying high prices for the incompetence and tenaciousness of the Tory government. The transport Union of the TSSA confirms today that it has announced more strikes in September. Network Rail’s union members along with other train companies nine in number call for a strike. They call for a 24-hour walkout from Monday midday scheduled for 26 September.
Strike Issue
The strike is all about the increasing bitterness over the dispute related to the payment. The issue also stands related to the jobs and the condition of work which gets worsened. A recent update comes along as the latest industrial action after the TSSA joins the RMT’s strikes. The strikes are felt across the network in the middle of August. These strikes are called forth by Transport Secretary Grant Shapps. They are continuing their blockade regarding the bosses of the industry to upfront a general negotiation. The TSSA confirms this statement recently.

Strike in Action from September
12 train operating companies including the Avanti West Coast, Cross Country, and LNER have decided to walk out on September 15 Thursday. Previously, the workers who backed out of work on 30 July and 13 August are set to go on more strikes. Their attack would be on take-home pay which stressed Aslef’s, Mick Whelan. He requests the companies with profits to make an acceptable pay offer. It will help the members to cope with the cost of living crisis.
