The museum has borrowed 50 of the artist’s finest artworks from the Leopold Museum of Vienna for the exhibition. Cecilia Vicuna: Brain Forest Quipi is a stunning art event that displays a multi-part installation by combining sculpture, video, sound, and music. At the center of this exhibition, there are two 27-meter-long sculptures hung from the ceiling that are woven together by various organic materials. And there is a lot more in the exhibition that will take hours to tell (check out the video). Moreover, the purpose of this exhibition is to create awareness among people about forest destruction, the threat of climate change, and the violence against indigenous societies.
