Music Monday Madness: Vinyl, Punk, and Festival Fever

The music industry continues to evolve, bringing forth a wealth of new and exciting releases. This week, we delve into a range of musical offerings, from limited edition vinyl to acoustic reimaginations and festival lineups.

Dylan Rippon’s future classic LP “Destroy The Now” is to get a limited edition vinyl release alongside new single ‘Sunburn’ out 8th November.

A fantastic LP packed with some great songs from start to finish. Destroy the Now is a genius work of art in itself. It’s got that sweet fusion of rock, rhythmic bass with a bit of electronic thrown in. Upon first hearing it was like this amazing rock sonisphere going through my head.

Listen – ‘Sunburn’

Georgian – ‘Soleil’

A great video with creative uses of natural and artificial lighting. Whenever the outdoors becomes part of the video it’s interesting to see how it can be utilised and Georgian has done just that. Captivating from the start.

Released back in 2023 Groove Thang is a dance track by Scottish DJ/Producer, Ewen McVicar from his follow up to Tell Me Something Good. The song has a great build up before it goes full throttle and let’s you enjoy the rest on full bass. The video has some great animation and basically documents any aspiring musicians rise
