Matt Cardle- Time To Be Alive

The former X Factor winner Matt Cardle is back with his 4th album ‘Time To Be Alive’ with Sony Music unveiling his brand new single ‘Desire’ on April 27.
Reinventing his sound on ‘Time To Be Alive’, fusing electronica, gospel, rock, and soul, he collaborates with a range of songwriters and producers like Jim Eliot (Kylie, Will Young) Christopher Elms (Alanis Morissette), Dan McDougall (Liam Gallagher), and James Jackman (George Michael).
All but one of the album’s 14 songs were co-written by Cardle focusing on subjects like addiction, redemption, atonement, and contentment. Since his last album in 2013, Matt wins awards for his performance as Huey Calhoun in the musical Memphis. Now back on Sony, ‘Time To Be Alive’, showcases Matt’s newfound maturity as a singer, songwriter, and musician.
