Lil Wayne has released his awaited new album ‘The Carter v’, which was scheduled since 4 years. Wayne confirmed the release in a Twitter video on September 25.
Wayne’s new album ‘The Carter V’ has the contribution from Kendrik Lamar, Travis Scott, Nicki Minaj, XXX Tentacion, Snoop Dog and more. The album spanned 23 tracks.
The long awaited album is dropped by Young Money and Universal recors in apple music and spotify.The 36-year-old became the sole proprietor of Young Money Entertainment as a result of the grueling lawsuit.The suit was eventually satteled for an undisclosed between Wayne, Cash Money and Universal Music Group in June.
Asking a judge to end his contract with the label, In January 2015, Wayne sued Cash Money for a reported $51 million.
The Carter V’s release should serve as a celebratory moment, as it plays a stunning role on Wayne’s career.The 36-year-old became the sole proprietor of Young Money Entertainment as a result of the grueling lawsuit.
Wayne said,”I’m very much a perfectionist. I don’t know what it’s setting me up for — some big comeback, or maybe some big fall back or whatever — but it’s setting me up for something, and I’m ready.”
