An Indian singer Iman Chakraborty won the National Film Award for Best Female Playback Singer in the year 2017 for her Bengali song “Tumi Jaake Bhalobasho” from Praktan film which is India’s most prestigious award for the singers who lend their vocals for films soundtrack. She has released the album ‘Mridusnigdhochayya’ this year. Some of the mentionable tracks of the album are Uriye Dhwaja Abhravedi, Rathe,Amar Nayon, Bhulano Ele, Bhenge Mor Ghorer Chabi and more.
