Hollywood Stars Mourned Austin Powers Actor Verne Troyer’s Death

Actor Verne Troyer who is well known for his role “Mini-Me” in the Austin Power movie trilogy, has died at the age of 49 on Saturday, starts and fans are mourning over this shocking death.
According to a statement posted to his social media account on Saturday, he passed away after years of personal battles which include a message about depression and suicide.
In a statement, the actor was described as an “extremely caring individual” who wanted to make everybody “smile, be happy and laugh”.
“Verne was the consummate professional and a beacon of positivity for those of us who had the honor of working with him” posted a heartfelt message on Twitter, his Austin Powers co-star Mike Myers said, “It is a sad day, but I hope he is in a better place. He will be greatly missed.”
Along with playing Mini-Me in Austin Powers, Troyer was also known for working in the first Harry Potter film as Griphook and made a series of appearances on reality TV programs including Celebrity Big Brother in 2009.
“Sad news. Loved working with Vern on Austin Powers 2. Great guy, so funny and infectious positive energy,” co-star from Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me, Rob Lowe tweeted while mourning on the actor’s death.
