The Goggle has announced that Google Play Music is going to be merged with YouTube by the end of this year 2020. Puza Snigdha reports.
Goggle play Music is going to stop its service in December and YouTube will replace that place. The users of the Goggle play Music can easily transfer their playlist, profile, and purchased music to YouTube just with one click.
According to Lyor Cohen, the global head of YouTube, the merging YouTube Red and Google Play Music is important for increasing the subscribers.
Alphabet, the parent company has asked the Goggle music users to transfer the data to YouTube otherwise they may lose their data. The app will store the data till December but the app will stop streaming in October.
After transferring data the users will be able to use Goggle Music till December.
The company says that all the users will receive an email soon with detailed instructions on how to transfer your full Google Play Music content.

“Google Play Music Unlimited members will be automatically granted the equivalent tier of YouTube Music Premium”, says Goggle.
Or you can also go to the YouTube Music app directly, click your profile picture, tap ‘Settings’, find the option ‘Transfer’ and finally ‘Transfer from Google Play Music’
However, the YouTube music app has upgraded many features for the users.
