‘Extraction 2’ is coming, Chris Hemsworth shares bts

Chris Hemsworth, all our favorite movie star is now in Prague, working on the new sequel of his upcoming movie ‘Extraction 2’. 

While filming the movie Chris shared bts from the sets directly. He recently just updated the very first behind the scenes to look at the upcoming sequel to Extraction.

He shared a video from the set via the Russo Brother’s Instagram account, captioning the video, Chris wrote that the sequel is, ‘coming in hot…or actually, freezing cold.’

The video shows, Chris appearing on a train with a stuntman and turned director Sam Hargrave in a backdrop of a snow-filled location in Prague. ‘First day shooting on Extraction 2,’ Hemsworth mentioned in the video.

‘Two things are different from the last film. One: very very cold. Two: I’m alive. How? You’ll have to find out. Watch the movie. Stay tuned.’

Just like the first time the second sequel has been written by ‘Avengers: Endgame’ filmmaker Joe Russo. A release date for the second is yet to be announced.

Extraction, the first film was about the story of Rake, an Australian mercenary who is hired to rescue the kidnapped son of an international crime lord in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Most of the scenes of the movie were done in Dhaka. 

It was released on Netflix, OTT platform in April 2020 was viewed by an estimated 90 million households, and became the most-watched one back then. It’s an American action thriller film directed by Sam Hargrave. Extraction did receive both positive and mixed reviews from critics, some praised the performances, cinematography, and action sequences, though about the plot it got slightly mixed reviews too.
