The restrictions could affect China’s domestic semiconductor manufacturing industries. China is the world’s largest chip consumer and also is highly dependent on imported chips.

Further, sectors that are highly reliant on imported chips may be affected significantly. Whereas the impact is noticeable on industries using chips that can be produced by Chinese. Here are some of the reasons why chip industries are worst affected.
