Famous German band Scorpions & popular Bangladeshi band Chirkutt will perform at the world Madison Square Garden in New York City, US on May 6.
Scorpions Announced that on Wednesday on their social platform Breaking the news that the famous band from Bangladesh will accompany them on the historical music celebration.
The event is being organized by the ICT Division with the help of the Bangladesh Hi-Tech Park Authority, the UNDP, the US Embassy in Bangladesh & some local sponsors.
To celebrate Bangladesh’s golden anniversary through a historical one-night music concert.
The concert will also commemorate the Historic Concert for Bangladesh 1971′ A charity Concert for Bangladesh that was organized by the famous Beatles lead guitarist George Harrison.
In a press conference Lead vocalist of Chirkutt ‘Shumi’ said that they are honored to share the same stage with scorpion where gorge Harrison performed and made a historic change it’s a dream come true moment.
The band added that the event will benefit the United Nations Development Program’s global awareness campaign on cyber security programs for the youth and children, especially in underdeveloped countries
