Cardi B and Nicki Minaj Get into Fight at New York Fashion Week Party

Rapper Nicki Minaj and Cardi B were reportedly involved in a fight at Fashion Week in New York City on Friday night on September 7 while leaving the show.
On Friday evening, the rappers were both in attendance at the Harper’s Bazaar Icon party at The Plaza Hotel in New York City. Towards the end of the night, Minaj and Cardi were captured on camera that Minaj was mingling with guests at the party when Cardi lunged at her and began shouting. Social media footage also appeared to show Cardi throwing her red heel at Minaj during the altercation.
Footage of the catfight is making the rounds on social media. In one video, Cardi B lunges at someone believed to be the “Barbie Dreams” artist. Someone can be heard screaming, “I will fuck you up!”
Cardi publicly addressed the latest chapter in the pair’s long-running beef with a fiery post on her Instagram shortly after the altercation, claiming that Minaj went too far by mentioning her child.
Posting a lengthy comment on her Instagram late Friday night, Cardy claiming that Minaj had made comments about her daughter and her parenting abilities.
“When you mention my child, you choose to like comments about me as a mother, make comments about my abilities to take care of my daughter… all bets are fuckin off,” she wrote.
Speaking Monday on her Beats 1 show “Queen Radio,” Minaj said the incident left her “mortified”, I was in Alexandre Vauthier gown, OK? Off the motherfucking runway,” Minaj said. “I could not believe how humiliated it all felt… how we made ourselves look”.
