British LGBT Awards 2020 Nomination List

British LGBT Awards announces its 2020 nomination lists. The biggest LGBT awards show in Britain takes place on 29 May and the winners are selected on the public vote. The official website has opened its online voting.
The annual event celebrates the campaigners and allies who have made a positive impact on the LGBTQ community in the last year.
Singers Sam Smith, Dua Lipa, Ariana Grande, Lizzo, Taylor Swift and Janet Jackson are included in this year’s nominees.
Welsh International Rugby Player Gareth Thomas was nominated for Sports Personality who was HIV positive last year. He has got the nomination alongside transgender Charlie Martin.
“The nominees are all role models who have demonstrated an ongoing commitment to raising awareness of, or advancing, LGBT+ rights. “
