Black Zang is one of the most popular hip-hop rap artists in Bangladesh who is also part of the first few hip-hop-rap pair Uptown Lokolz. They are also known as BZ.
Asiful Islam Sohan, who goes by the alias Black Zang (BZ), is one of the prominent artists in the game.
Black Zang came under the limelight with the song Aie Mama Aie, featuring his crew Uptown Lokolz, back in 2009.
BZ participated in various shows at home and abroad. Asiful Islam Sohan the main vocalist even hosted a program for a renowned radio channel, which was immensely popular amongst the hip hop community.
In 2015, the US Department of State organized a cultural exchange tour, where artists from six different countries were invited. BZ represented Bangladesh during that event. Later in 2017, he attended a festival upon invitation in the UK. He also assisted as one of the judges along with two others, for a domestic reality show.
For some reason, the rapper was not publicly given any credit for their songs. Hip hop fans around the country had a lot of questions about Zang. So, to clear everything out and break his silence, the rapper going to release a new song on 13th August with the title “Bangla Hype”.
After attending a program in 2017 in Mumbai Black Zone became popular not only in the country but also outside the BD border.
