Bikini Kill is Coming Back in Light After 23 years

The 90’s American punk rock band Bikini Kill is reuniting after 23 years through a live show in UK and announced three shows in the US for mid-2019.
Kathleen Hanna, Tobi Vail, Kathi Wilcox, and new guitarist Erica Dawn Lyle are heading to London as part of the reunion trek which is going to take place at the O2 Academy Brixton in London on June 10.
The band group consisted of singer and songwriter Kathleen Hanna, guitarust Billy Karren, Bassit Kathi Wilcox and Drummer Tobi Vail which disbanded in 1997. After that Hanna, Vail, and Wilcox played one track together at the Kitchen in New York City in late 2017. The event was celebrating the release of the 33 1/3 book about the Raincoats by Pitchfork Contributing Editor Jenn Pelly.
“London, we’re coming back for the first time in 23 years!” the band tweeted, announcing their upcoming appearance at Brixton Academy.
