The UK pop start Yungblud has announced that he will release his second album ‘Weird’ and has shared a new solo track ‘God Save Me, But Don’t Drown Me Out’. Puza Snigdha reports.
The upcoming album is set to drop on 13th November which will include previous tracks like “Weird!”, “Strawberry lipstick”.
The album has total 12 songs- “Teresa”, “Cotton Candy”, “Strawberry Lipstick”, “Mars”, “Superdeadfriends”, “Love Song”, “God Save Me, But Don’t Drown Me Out, “Ice Cream Man”, “Weird!”, “Charity”, “It’s Quiet in Beverly Hills”, “The Freak Show”.
The official artwork of the ‘Weird’ album depicts Harrison multiple guises against a bright blue fence.
The pop star says about the album that the album is a story of “coming-of-age and self-acceptance and liberation, in terms of sex and gender and drugs and heartbreak and all the other twists and turns we go through in life.”
The singer adds, “I hope it makes people feel like it’s okay to feel out of place or twisted or weird, because life is weird — but that’s what beautiful about it.”
