‘Your Eyes Tell’ By BTS Featured In New Japanese Movie

K-pop sensational BTS have recorded an original song for the upcoming Japanese movie “Your Eyes tell”. The trac is also featured on their new album, “MAP OF THE SOUL- the Journey” which was released on 15 July. Anika Khan reports.

BTS released their album ‘MAP OF THE SOUL- the Journey’ in Japan on Wednesday. The album features 13 tracks with five original songs:

  • Intro: Calling
  • Stay Gold
  • Lights
  • Your Eyes tell
  • OUTRO: The Journey

It also features 8 Japanese versions of their previously released music.

The song, ‘Your Eyes tell” shares the same name as the movie’s English title and is composed by Jungkook- the lead vocalist of the group. The beautiful melody of the song goes well with the profound love portrayed in the movie. The band went live to perform “Your Eyes Tell’ on TBS Japan CDTV.

This is the first time that BTS is contributing to a film score. Previously a few members of the group have recorded songs for various K-drama series. The movie is the rebooted version of the 2011 Korean movie, ‘Always’. It is directed by Takahiro Miki and stars Yuriko Yoshitaka and Ryusei Yokohama.

The movie, “Your Eyes Tell” is scheduled to be premiered on 23 October. Watch the trailer of the movie featuring the song from BTS.
