On this World Mental and Well-being day, this year’s WHO theme is to “make mental health and well-being for all a global priority “. World Mental Health is observed on October 10. On this day various programs are designed to draw attention to mental health issues and their affected and the lives of their caregivers. During COVID-19, people have suffered due to many mental health problems because lack of attention.

The primary goal of World Mental Health Day is to create awareness about mental health issues across the globe to inspire global citizens. The celebration ensures that mental health as an issue is highlighted and stays in the public consciousness.
