Widow Indubala resides in Calcutta City. She must provide for her 3 kids. However, since the day she moved to the city after her marriage, her financial condition has gotten worse. Indubala and her drug- addicted spouse are immigrants from Bangladesh. She never forgets her hometown, relatives, cultures, or customs. But after her spouse passes away, she makes the decision to assume control. Indubala has since taken over management of her property at the young age of 25. The titles of the stories are based on mouthwatering Bengali dishes like Aam-Tel, Chandrapuli, and Malpua.
