Dragging attention to the “Free Palestine” Movement, Yasser Qashlaq is the official leader of it, and Saed Abd Al-Aal is in charge of the group’s paramilitary section. The Saraya Bader, the Al-Aqsa Shield Groups, and the Abd al-Qadir al-Husayni Battalions are among the Free Palestine Movement’s “rag-tag militia” military forces. Due to the civil war and widespread unemployment, many young Syrian Palestinians are said to be in poor financial situations. Like other pro-government militias in Syria, the Free Palestine Movement apparently recruits new members by offering relatively significant monthly salaries. By November 2018, 24 fighters had lost their lives while serving the FPM in the Syrian Civil War.
