Over 25000 National Guards have been deployed in Washington DC to protect Joe Biden’s inauguration ceremony from insider attacks.

- On Sunday, the nation has witnessed protests from a far-right extremist group named ‘Boogaloos Bois’ who took down the streets to protest against Joe Biden.
- This handful of right-winged demonstrations can only be described as a militia/Pro-trump supporter who trying to create havoc and disrupt the inauguration of the new president-elect.
- Preceding these uprisings, the FBT vetted over 25,000 National Guard troops in the country’s capital amidst the fear of insider attack during Biden’s inauguration which is set to be held this Wednesday.
- Army secretary, Ryan Mcarthy said that the commanders have been warned to look out for trouble and guard members are being trained to identify “potential insider threats”.
- He added that they are “continually going through the process, and taking second, third looks at every one of the individuals assigned to this operation.” So far there has not been any evident threat.
