Up and Coming Artists Will Set Eklectica Stage on Fire

Eklectica, one of the biggest festivals to be held on the Isle of Wight, is just over a month away, but there is still more and more coming out about the festival.

The festival not only features musicians that have topped the charts, but also new up and coming artists making waves in the music industry. Those artists include Freazy, Nakamarra, Grace Savage, Clippa Sound, The Kriss Barras Band and WolfClub.

Freazy is a three member band from the Isle of Wight who won Eklectica’s Fresh Talent Search Competition. Formed in 2017, they’ve already made a number of appearances, supporting Kings No One, VANT, Sarah Close, and The Rhythm Method. If you love indie and rock music, Freazy is definitely the band to check out.

Nakamarra are another band from Isle of Wight with an indie/electronic sound. This five member band just came off of a UK tour, and fans wait in high anticipation for their Isle of Wight performance.

Grace Savage was recently nominated for the Unsigned Music Awards 2018, in the ‘Best Female Solo Act’ and ‘Best Songwriter’ categories. Coming from London, her sound is electro-pop at its best. Hers will be a performance not to be missed.

Clippa Sound has built up an amazing reputation, touring around the country and putting on amazing performances. They’ll be showing their home town some love when the grace the stage at the Eklectica Festival, where their unique sound, hip hop with a mix of jazz and funk, is sure to pull the in the crowds.

The Kriss Barras Band will bring a mixture of blues and rock to the stage. Kriss Barrass fronts the band, whose latest album The Divine and Dirty made number one on both the Amazon and iTunes Blues charts. The band’s songs are sure to be a crowd please.

WolfClub are sure to bring on the nostalgia with their 80s electric pop sound. Coming to Eklectica all the way from Nottingham, the band is sure to impress. They currently have an album available for download on Spotify.
