Twinnie has caused a stir with her debut album, ‘Hollywood Gypsy’ earlier this year. The young American singer has dropped the music video of her new track ‘Whiplash’ last night. Anika Khan reports.
The catchy album is a masterpiece brimming with charming tracks and honest lyrics from Twinnie. The singer revealed in an interview that the album is about a free-spirited traveler who is in love with nature. She said ‘Hollywood Gypsy’ is about me, my life, my artistry.”
Last Year Twinnie won the Best Breakthrough Act at the BCMA Awards and made headlines selling out shows. She has also hosted a number of UK festivals alongside Keifer Sutherland.
The music video ‘Whiplash’ is produced by Jamie Kenney and directed by Fraser Taylor. The beautiful artistic shots feature the aesthetic London streets with Twinnie’s powerful vocals. The music video is recorded in different locations in Sweden, and Nashville as well The video is filled with unapologetic feelings of love, personal choices, and living in the presents.
