Flashback Festival 2022

21 May

Its smaller in comparison to other high end and well-known festivals but this isnt going to stop Flashback festival 2022 packing a punch for their new dance musical extravaganza.  Taking place in Manchester the outdoor festival drops anchor Platt Fields Park celebrating all the best dance tacks from the 90s and 00s!.  Its back to the future for the festival masses attending, remember 90’s Kids, 00’s Lovers, Dancefloor Heroes, and Underground Clubbers…but maybe leave the white gloves, high Viz, and glowsticks at home. The galactic names from dance music history from across the globe will be blasting out Old Skool Anthems at what is set to be the hottest festival this summer.

Showcasing a full on spectrum of dance music royalty from the past 3 decades, the music era on the agenda will be selected from Euphoric Trance to Clubland Classics, Retro House to Groovin Garage and everything else between.

The stages will be hosted by legendary brands such as Clubland, Hed Kandi, Back by Dope Demand, and Trance Anthems.  Headlining on the main Stage with his hits “Kickstarts” and “Won’t Go Quietly” is Example alongside Tinchy Stryder performing his classic 00s hits “Number 1” and “Take Me Back”. Saluting the 00s and 90s the line up couldn’t get any better, 2Unlimited, Tulisa, Judge Jules, Dave Pearce, Ultrabeat, and many more.  And for the Garage elite fans there favourite DJs include DJ Luck & MC Neat, Artful Dodger, Sweet Female Attitude plus others.  I have to say this is one festival Id been definitely going to you can not fault the oldskool dance tracks, its going to be one massive dance marathon

Pitch Up Music Festival 2022

21 May

Dunes Hotel Stadium, Barrow-in-Furness is going to hosting the mother of all summer parties like you’ve experienced before. Staging some top international artists and local talent. The daytime festival is about putting something back great into the community centring around the best music, food and a kick back atmosphere bringing people together to remind of them of good times after the pandemic.  And thinking of the environment the promoters and even arranged coaches from local towns to bring people in.  The line up includes chart topping and award-winning DJ and rapper Tom Zanetti and high energy performers Bad Boy Chiller Crew, and voted BBC Radio 1’s Dance Vocalist of 2021. Lowes, plus Wallis McDowall, Mad4It, Sam Stephens, Strike One, Joel Talbot, Kings In Canoes, Andy Graham, The Silver Bars.  Whilst a smaller low-key festivals tickets are selling out fast and would be a great introduction for those experiencing live out door events but with a fair to say great line up.  My festival radar believes this outdoor event is sure to be a great festival experience for all those that attend!
