American singer-songwriter Billie Eilish has revealed the true reason why she went blonde.
Earlier this year, Billie shocked the world by changing her signature hair color from dark and neon green to creamy blonde.
At that time the singer said that she made the decision of changing her hair color inspiring by fan art.
Last week in a media interview Billie revealed the actual reason for going blonde that she wanted to change her outfit.
“I couldn’t go anywhere with that hair because it was so obviously me. I wanted anonymity,” told Billie.
“I went to a park with a friend, and I was like, ‘No, I can’t take off my hood!’ I was terrified of the paparazzi and these stalkers I’ve had. But my friend was like, ‘Don’t worry: You’re okay. Nothing’s gonna happen.’ And I took my hood off, and I felt like a new person,” Billie expressed her emotions while raveling the actual reason.
She also clears that only her hair color is changed but the actual person Billie Eilish will remain unchanged for everybody.
“The other day, I posted a video from when I had green hair, and I saw people go, ‘I miss this Billie, the green-haired Billie.’ I’m still the same person. I’m not just different Barbies with different heads,” added Billie Eilish.
