The Book Of Boba Fett Review: Things To know Before Watch

The Book of Boba Fett is exactly what Star Wars fans have been waiting for. The series premiered in the liminal space between Christmas and the new year. While the premiere of The Mandalorian delivered a lot of action, The Book took a more sedate route. The story picks up after the shocking conclusion of The Mandalorian’s second season finale.

Here is the whole review of The Book Of Boba Fett:

  • Boba Fett first appeared in the Star Wars Holiday Special in 1978 and The Empire Strikes Back in 1980. Despite his limited screen time, he amassed a loyal fan base that lived through decades of rumored TV series and movies.
  • After the critical success of The Mandalorian, which ushered in a fan obsession for a new bounty hunter, the second season of the Disney+ series served as a backdoor pilot for The Book of Boba Fett.
  • Written by Jon Favreau and directed by Robert Rodriguez, the episode felt like a reintroduction to Boba Fett. It will be interesting to see if the dueling timelines are a persistent theme for the rest of the season.
  • The Book of Boba Fett shows that the character of Boba Fett is still recovering from injuries. He sustained in the Sarlacc pit and what came after. The opening sequence shows him submerged in a bacta treatment bath. It’s an interesting approach to see one of the galaxy’s best bounty hunters reduced to someone who can’t go as hard as he once did. But in the comics, Boba has opted to rule with respect and interact with the people of Mos Espa without fanfare.
  • The Book of Boba Fett is a remarkable series, not only because it is the second live-action Star Wars film, but also because it is the first Star Wars series to feature Mori and Asian protagonists. In an era when most action heroes are in their twenties and thirties, Morrison and Wen defy the odds, kicking asses well into their fifties.
  • The Book of Boba Fett was well worth the wait, even though the first chapter was a slow burn. Morrison is a fantastic protagonist generating a lot of excitement when the two are in scenes together. The series’ central character, Boba Fett, is not the only one. His right-hand woman, Fennec Shand (Wen), has proven off her amazing fighting talents this season.UK2-B, Dokk Strassi, David Pasquesi as the Mayor of Mos Espa’s Majordomo, and Jennifer Beals as Garsa Flip all made fastastic appearances.

The first season of The Book of Boba Fett is now available on Disney+. Despite the fact that the series premieres around the holidays, the release schedule remains unchanged — we’ll get a new episode every Wednesday. The Book of Boba Fett will be six episodes long. If you want to organize your January around Temuera Morrison’s iconic bounty hunter, it might look like this:

  • The Book of Boba Fett episode 1: December 29 – out now
  • The Book of Boba Fett episode 2: January 5
  • The Book of Boba Fett episode 3: January 12
  • The Book of Boba Fett episode 4: January 19
  • The Book of Boba Fett episode 5: January 26
