Victorian Ballooning. Those words are going to elicit some kind of response from you as a reader and that most likely does a good job in explaining how you may feel about the Aeronauts. Released late 2019 but now available on Amazon Prime, this tells the tale of a meteorologist and aeronaut working together to try to set new records and working together.
There is a cute chemistry between the boyish scientist and brash and boisterous balloonist that works together extremely well. Balancing the dangers faced in the present as well as bringing the two lead characters to life with their backstories. Some fans looking for a more historical piece here may find it hard to focus as there are some creative liberties taken with certain historical elements that may make it harder to focus on.
