Taylor Swift to Perform at 2020 Academy of Country Music Awards

Taylor Swift is going to perform at the 55th Academy of Country Music Awards on 16th September. Puza Snigdha reports.

The Academy of Country Music and Dick Clark productions confirmed the news on 13th September that Swift will be performing the track “Betty” from the new album “Folklore”. Swift posted a video on her Twitter page announcing her performance.

Swift’s album “Folklore” marked as the top position of Billboard 200 for six weeks in a row. This is first time that Swift will perform the new song in a live performance.

Swift is set to hit the stage of ACM Awards after seven years. The other performers are Miranda Lambert, Kelsea Ballerini, Tim McGraw, Florida Georgia Line and Keith Urban will host the event. The event will be streamed on on CBS in the US at 8pm ET.

The show will take place at three venues within the metropolis – the Ryman Auditorium, the Bluebird Cafe and the Grand Ole Opry House following the social distance rule

It’s still yet to be conformed that where Swift is going to perform but fans are expecting her at Bluebird Café.
