Tasty Tuesday: The best no-bake Mango Cheesecake recipe!

Mango season is upon us. That calls for making delicious desserts with this favorite summer fruit. Follow this step-by-step recipe to make the creamiest mouse-like cheesecake!

Ingredients:

• 1 packet of Mari biscuit ( processed into fine crumbs)
• 1/2 cup melted Butter
• 2 cups of Cream cheese
• 1 cup of Sugar
• 1 cup Heavy cream
• 1/2 cup melted white chocolate
• 1/2 cup condense milk
• 1 teaspoon mango extract
• 1 cup mango puree
• 1 cup mango diced
• 2 teaspoons of gelatin

1. In a Ziploc bag crush the Marie biscuits into fine crumbs.
2. Add melted butter until combined.
3. Press it into the bottom of the 9-inch pan and refrigerate while you prepare for the filling.
4. Next, make mango puree using a food processor and blend until completely smooth.
5. In a bowl whisk the heavy cream till it forms stiff peaks.
6. Fold the melted white chocolate, mango puree, condensed milk, and the essence.
7. In another small bowl stir gelatin powder and water. Let it bloom for 10 minutes.
8. Melt the gelatin in the microwave for 15 seconds. Temper it and add it to your cheesecake batter.
9. Pour the mixture into the pan with the Marie biscuit crust and refrigerate the cake overnight.
10. Dice some fresh sweet mangoes and drizzle with some mango sauce before serving.
