Tasty Tuesday: Easy Strawberry Cheesecake recipe!

Look no further for a creamy, silky, and easy cheesecake recipe! Paired with a buttery Mari biscuit crust and topped with fresh strawberries, no one can deny its simple decadence. Here is everything you need with instructions!

Ingredients:

  • 1 large packet of Mari biscuit ( processed into fine crumbs)
  • 1/2 cup melted Butter
  • 2 cups of Cream cheese
  • 1 cup of Sugar
  • 1 cup Sour cream/ Heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 cup of Strawberry

Method:

  1. Take a 9-inch springform pan and lay down the biscuit and butter crumb mixture to form the crust. Refrigerate for half an hour.
  2. In a clean bowl pour the cream cheese and use an electric mixer to beat it until it is smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the sugar till it is finely incorporated with the batter.
  4. Add heavy cream, vanilla extract, and lemon juice.
  5. Finally, add the eggs one at a time and beat it till everything is mixed well.
  6. Pour the cream cheese batter on the springform pan and cover the bottom with aluminum foil ( to avoid leaks).
  7. Prepare a water bath in your oven and bake it for 60 minutes at 360°C
  8. Garnish the cheesecake with fresh strawberry slices and enjoy!
