Look no further for a creamy, silky, and easy cheesecake recipe! Paired with a buttery Mari biscuit crust and topped with fresh strawberries, no one can deny its simple decadence. Here is everything you need with instructions!
Ingredients:
- 1 large packet of Mari biscuit ( processed into fine crumbs)
- 1/2 cup melted Butter
- 2 cups of Cream cheese
- 1 cup of Sugar
- 1 cup Sour cream/ Heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 3 Eggs
- 1 cup of Strawberry
Method:
- Take a 9-inch springform pan and lay down the biscuit and butter crumb mixture to form the crust. Refrigerate for half an hour.
- In a clean bowl pour the cream cheese and use an electric mixer to beat it until it is smooth and creamy.
- Add the sugar till it is finely incorporated with the batter.
- Add heavy cream, vanilla extract, and lemon juice.
- Finally, add the eggs one at a time and beat it till everything is mixed well.
- Pour the cream cheese batter on the springform pan and cover the bottom with aluminum foil ( to avoid leaks).
- Prepare a water bath in your oven and bake it for 60 minutes at 360°C
- Garnish the cheesecake with fresh strawberry slices and enjoy!
