If it’s Halloween there’s had to be something tasty as well as interesting on your plate. Pumpkin is a way to help your hair and body. Even if it isn’t healthy in this form yet it’s the Halloween season. Let’s get to the delicacy without further delay.


Ingredients:


For the crust:


• 1 ½ cups of gluten-free flour
• ¼ teaspoon of salt
• 2-3 heap tablespoons of vegan butter (add more if required)
• 5-6 tablespoons of cold water


For the filling


• 2-3 cups of pumpkin puree
• ¼ cup of maple syrup
• ½ cup of brown sugar
• 1/3 cup of almond milk (unsweetened preferred)
• 1 teaspoon of olive oil
• 2 teaspoons of corn-starch powder
• Spice mix (ground cinnamon, cloves, ginger, and nutmeg)


For serving:


Ice cream of your choice preferably vanilla)

Method:


For the crust:


• Take a large bowl and add the flour to it.
• Add the tour and mix it along with the flour very well.
• It should make a crumbly-like structure before you add the cold water.
• Add the water in teaspoons and only the amount that’s required
• The dough should be firm and tight not too smooth
• Don’t over-knead the dough.
• Keep it in the fridge after wrapping it up and let it rest for an hour or more.
• Preheat the oven to0°C while the dough is resting


For the filling:


• Take a blender jar and add all the ingredients one after the other mentioned in the ingredients list.
• Mix it well in the blender jar and adjust the seasonings if required.
• The filling is ready.


For the crust (baking):


• Take out the dough and roll it an inch thick and transfer it to the baking tray.
• Make sure to grease the baking sheet with a bit of olive oil and dust the flour to remove excess.
• Add the dough and shape it according to the size of your baking dish.
• Dock the crust before baking it.


For the pie:


• Take the baked crust and add the filling to it.
• Spread well with the spatula and bake it for 40-45 minutes in the oven.


For serving:


• Serve it with the ice cream of your choice.


Pumpkin pie is ready to enjoy.
