Tasty @CafeOn Fruit Salad Recipe

Fruits act wonders for your body both internally and externally. Fruits help in maintaining a balance in your diet. It improves skin as well as provides immunity. Honey and lemon both are full of antioxidants and when mixed with the fruits as a sauce it would prevent the accumulation of fat in your body.

Tasty @CafeOn Fruit Salad Recipe


Ingredients:


• 1 cup of strawberries
• 1 cup of pineapples
• 1 cup of berries (could be a mixture of blueberries, raspberries, cranberries, or any of them)
• 1 cup of grapes (preferably red grapes, green grapes can also be used)
• 1 cup of kiwis
• 1 cup of oranges
• 1 cup of bananas
• 1 cup of apples
• 5-6 teaspoons of honey
• 1-2 teaspoons of lemon juice
• Some lemon zests


Instructions:


For the Dressing:


• For the dressing take a small bowl and add honey according to the amount of fruits you have taken to prepare the salad.
• Add the juice of lemon mix that well.
• Use a grater to bring out the lemon zest.
• Mix all of the dressing.


For the Salad:


• Chop all the fruits except the berries. Apples, oranges, and pineapples should be diced for the salad. Bananas and strawberries should be sliced into small pieces. Cut the grapes into halves.
• Take a large mixing bowl and add all the fruits one after the other.
• Pour the dressing into the bowl where the fruits are kept.
• Mix all of it well.


For the Garnish:


• Garnish can be done with lemon zest, some dark chocolate shavings, or condensed milk (in case you think your salad looks a bit salad for your palate)
• The dark chocolate shavings and the condensed milk as a garnish are optional.


Fruit Salad is ready. Enjoy.
